We had 3 separate 30-year celebrations for our labs located in Tallahassee, Gainesville and Jacksonville. Apex was able to provide the tents, chairs & supplies for all our locations. I recently rented a tent for an event and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality. From the moment I contacted Apex Party Rentals, their customer service was exceptional. They helped me choose the right size tent based on the number of guests and even recommended additional equipment like tables and chairs. On the day of the event, the setup crew arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. They set up the tent quickly and made sure everything was secure. We rented a frozen slushie drink machine and had a very good experience. We had last minute issues prior to our party and they showed up to walk us through our user errors. After they fixed our issues, we had a great party with self serve slushies which all attendees enjoyed, both adults and kids. Oh, the bees loved them too! Highly recommend this company for your party needs. They are quick, responsive, helpful, and friendly.

The APEX services was on point. OMG, I have rented out 24 chairs, 3 round tables. They had clean linen covers, they even hooked me up with some lighting poles. It was a great experience with them. I wish I didn’t lose my other phone to show y'all those amazing pictures. Tampa was fun. Check them out.
