What are the typical load-in times for venues in Ocala, FL?
Load-in times can vary by venue, for what's called our "standard delivery" we deliver business day prior your event day. Lets say your wedding is on a sunday, we would deliver on Friday that weekend between 10 am and 4 PM and pickup following business day on Monday. With our preffered delivery option when delivery has to be same day as the event, it's generally advisable to schedule as early as possible in the day. For instances where service by a member of our team is required to operate a piece of equipment like a Photo Booth for example, 2-3 hours prior to your event start time is suggested to ensure a smooth setup.
How can I ensure my event setup goes smoothly in Ocala, FL?

It's advisable to schedule with your venue a 1-2 hour window after your event ends to allow time for breakdown and packing.
