If you have rented Audio-Visual equipment that's sensitive to weather you can 1. Secure it out of the elements for pickup next business day or 2. Elect to pay an after hours service fee to have pickup right after your event. Please understand this option is not available for large tents in events ending afte 10 PM. It's advisable to schedule with your venue a 1-2 hour window after your event ends to allow time for breakdown and packing.
