Early access depends on the venue's policy; it is best to coordinate with them ahead of time to secure additional setup hours/days. How do delivery windows work for event rentals in Alachua, FL?
Delivery windows are typically scheduled based on your event day, venue restrictions & your placement on our delivery route. Typically, unless stated and agreed otherwise, expect delivery between noon and 2 PM on delivery day which is usually the business day prior to your event. This is a general rule, however these times and/or days may be different if your reservation includes rental items like large tent installs, electronics, etc.
