Very helpful, prompt, and accommodating. We couldn't get the mixer to work so they came all the way out to fix it for us before the event started. Also, we were closed on the weekend so they came to pick up the stuff on Monday instead of making us return it that Friday after the event. Would highly recommend!

We rented tables and linens for a holiday party. Pick-up and return were so easy and it was great to not pay a delivery fee. The tables were sturdy and linens were clean with no ironing needed. We will definitely use Apex again.

We had 3 separate 30-year celebrations for our labs located in Tallahassee, Gainesville and Jacksonville. Apex was able to provide the tents, chairs & supplies for all our locations. Early access depends on the venue's policy; it is best to coordinate with them ahead of time to secure additional setup hours/days. This is especially true if you are reserving a large tent or have equipment installs that require several labor hours. Never do a same date tent install whenever possible.

Some venues may have limited parking or access points, so it's important to plan your load-in route ahead of time.

Load-in times can vary by venue, for what's called our "standard delivery" we deliver business day prior your event day. Lets say your wedding is on a sunday, we would deliver on Friday that weekend between 10 am and 4 PM and pickup following business day on Monday. With our preffered delivery option when delivery has to be same day as the event, it's generally advisable to schedule as early as possible in the day. For instances where service by a member of our team is required to operate a piece of equipment like a Photo Booth for example, 2-3 hours prior to your event start time is suggested to ensure a smooth setup.

Ensure there is adequate space for setup and access to power sources if you're renting audio-visual equipment.

With our standard delivery we typically pick up equipment next business day. So a large percent of events end up delivered on Friday or Thursday and picked up on Monday. If you have rented Audio-Visual equipment that's sensitive to weather you can 1. Secure it out of the elements for pickup next business day or 2. Elect to pay an after hours service fee to have pickup right after your event. Please understand this option is not available for large tents in events ending afte 10 PM. It's advisable to schedule with your venue a 1-2 hour window after your event ends to allow time for breakdown and packing.
